Shay McConnon keynoted at the Happiness Congress (Het Gelukkigste Congres van Nederland 2015)  on 12 November in Zwolle (the Netherlands).   There is a growing awareness of the importance of happiness not only to the wellbeing of staff but to the wellbeing of the organisation.
